Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

If you wish to return any item(s) please email us at with your reason for returning your purchase. We aim to reply within 24 hrs.

The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when first received. Any returned item(s) must also be in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for any returned postage costs where the item is no longer required.

In the event that your order is received damaged or faulty you must notify us by email at within 24 hrs of receiving your order telling us the details of the damage or fault and attaching a photo of it. will arrange for the item(s) to be returned at your convenience at no extra cost to you.

Once we have received back any damaged or faulty returned item(s) they will be inspected by us and any refund where applicable will be returned to your original payment card. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your bank account.
